Slow Cooked Beef Brisket with homemade BBQ sauce
Caramelised and then slow cooked for 12 hours with a delicious spice rib and cooked in apple cider and passata. Brisket is one of those meats that stays together so you can slice it but is delicious and tender. Served with our own BBQ sauce. We love our Brisket with a Simple Coleslaw

Beef Brisket, BBQ Sauce (housemade - apple, paprika, worcestershire, tomato paste, apple cider vinegar, honey, bay leaf,, garlic, onion, tomatoes), Olive Oil, Brown Sugar, Salt, Dijon Mustard, Smoked Paprika, Garlic, Onion Powder, Cumin, Red Pepper Flakes.
Preparation and storage notes
Reheat in oven or microwave. Use within 5 days. Can be frozen.
