Ingredients
eggplant, Prawns, Fish, Coconut Milk, Bamboo Shoots, Green Chilli, Fish Sauce, Vegetable oil, Thai basil, Turmeric, lemongrass, Galangal, Coriander, Shrimp Paste, Shallots, Garlic, Peppercorn, Coriander Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Kaffir Lime Leaf.
Preparation and storage notes
Keep refrigerated and use within 3 days. Can be frozen. Reheat gently on stovetop or in microwave.
