These are like the inside of the delicious Indian Samosa but without the pastry! Delicious as they are or in a roll or with salad. Also great for the lunchbox! Keep a few in the freezer!

Potatoes, Green peas, Onion, Carrot, Breadcrumbs, Eggs, Olive Oil, Pickled Jalapeno, Fresh Ginger, Coriander, Garlic, Cumin, Garam Masala, Turmeric, Ground coriander.
Preparation and storage notes
Refrigerate for up to 5 days. Reheat in oven or microwave. Can be frozen
