Slow Braised Gippsland Grass Fed Brisket of Beef with rich red wine jus

We slow cook a whole beef brisket with a delicious rub of paprika, salt and pepper, for 12 hours til it's meltingly good. We serve 6 or 15 generous slices of beef with our house-made rich jus. Simply delicious for any meat-lover.

Beef brisket, Meat stock (GF), Flour (GF)

Preparation and storage notes

Store below 5 degrees. Remove outer packaging, place on tray in 170 degree oven for 35 minutes, or til piping hot. Reheat jus in a saucepan over medium heat til piping hot and pour over meat to serve, or serve in a gravy boat on the side.
