Preparation and storage notes

Heat defrosted meal in 1-2 minute increments until evenly hot throughout.
Alternative method: Preheat oven to 180oC and transfer meal to an ovenproof dish, covering well with alfoil. Place in oven for 10-15 minutes until evenly heated throughout.
