All meals are lovingly prepared with locally sourced ingredients to promote nutrient sufficiency, healing and blood nourishment, hormone regulation and lactation... warming comfort foods ready to reheat and eat... and loaded with flavour.
Wholesome & Nourishing Main Meals
Gluten-free & vegan puff pastry packed with leafy greens, goat milk feta, ricotta and pine nuts, gently spiced with cinnamon, cumin and a hint of chilli.
