Delivered directly to your door each week, it's the equivalent of having an extra pair of hands to support you during this extraordinary and magical time.

All meals are lovingly prepared with locally sourced ingredients to promote nutrient sufficiency, healing and blood nourishment, hormone regulation and lactation... warming comfort foods ready to reheat and eat and loaded with flavour.

Our meals are based on wholefood principals, gluten-free and available in a variety of dietary and lifestyle options. Meals are designed and packaged to freeze well, giving you the freedom to book a 4-week package (with weekly deliveries) or select your own menu before baby's due date or once bub arrives.
