Please note if you order meals for different days, you will be asked to select a pick-up slot at the checkout for the system to finalise the order. Our meals are freshly cooked on Monday, Wednesday and Friday and are designed to be collected on the day they are prepared. Monday 18th December
Chicken breast cooked in a Thai coconut curry sauce. Served on mixed basmati and broccoli rice, topped with roasted cashews and a fresh wedge of lime.
High protein lasagna pasta sheets layered with lean mince tomato herb mix, and cottage cheese topped with Mozzarella with a side of mixed seasonal vegetables.
Arborio rice mixed with, garlic, onion, peas, pumpkin, feta, spinach, cooked in chicken stock to make a tasty risotto. Topped with poached lemon herb chicken.
Poached chicken breast, marinated in lime juice, salt and pepper served on a crunchy coleslaw salad, with an Asian style dressing and crunchy fried noodles.
Lean chicken mince rissole with fresh parsley and red onion served on pumpkin mash and seasonal greens topped with home made tomato chutney.
Lean beef, onion, red capsicum, garlic, paprika, caraway seeds, thyme, tomato paste and beef stock all come together to make this heart warming dish. Served with mixed cauliflower and basmati rice and seasonal greens.
Raspberries, yogurt and raspberry lite jelly all combined. Topped with vanilla Yo pro and raspberry coulis.
A blend of pea protein powder, pear, raspberries, blueberries yoghurt, egg white, almond milk and oats.
Wednesday 20th December
Lean chicken breast in a creamy tomato sauce served on a mix of basmati and cauliflower rice with seasonal greens.
Roasted pumpkin, sweet potato, red capsicum, cauliflower, carrots, zucchini, all mixed with baby spinach. Topped with ginger, parsley, lemon poached sliced chicken.
Lean beef mince, with onion, garlic, carrot, celery, peas, fresh thyme, with creamy carisma potato and cauliflower mash topped with tasty cheese and seasonal greens.
Turkey mince rissoles mixed with a combination of garlic, red onion, fresh parley and basil. Served with sweet potato and pumpkin mixed mash and seasonal greens, topped with cranberry sauce.
High protein pasta mixed through a tuscan herb sauce with chicken breast, semi sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, broccoli and a special creamy sauce.

A mix of warm spices, pure maple syrup, protein powder, almond butter, almond milk, chia seeds and apples. This overnight oatmeal tastes just like apple pie!
