Preparation and storage notes

STORAGE: keep refrigerated
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Bring the pre-made sauce to the simmer. Add mussels and place the lid onto the pot. Shake the pot now and then. Cook time will vary but should only take 3-4 minutes.
Add the extra parsley and any chopped chilli you may like (optional)
serve in a generously sized bowl with toast.
TOAST: Place in 180c oven for 10min or into the toasted or sandwich press to heat
