Preparation and storage notes

STORAGE: keep frozen
SIZE: x2 180g portions
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
BBQ: Bring fish to room temperature. Unwrap and BBQ on flat top BBQ for 6min, turn fish over then close lid and turn BBQ off. Rest fish in BBQ for 5 minutes.

OVEN: Bring fish to room temperature. Preheat oven to 220ºc. Unwrap and bake for 6 min. Rest for 5min then serve
