Happy Wednesday. We are now starting to get busy with our catering and for those who are wanting catering, give us a call to see if we can help you. We will be partnering up with a couple of businesses, a great way to support each other in these times. I am also excited to be working on a project with Sam Stitt, specialising in working with young people who are at high risk, transitioning from youth to 18 yrs old who are faced with being out of the system. Our take on a classic Hungarian Goulash that combines braised pork cooked in our own chicken and vegetable stock. The gravy consists of onion, garlic, paprika, caraway seed mixed in a rich tomato paste with mashed potato and greens.
Our own version of this mix of flavours. Tomato base sauce with beef mince and bacon, some champignons, spinach, black olives and a sprinkle of shredded cheese.
