About Eat Real

Our vision at Eat Real is to provide Cairns with healthy alternative meals. Creating pre-packaged meals which will fuel your body, without compromise on flavour. Our meals are nutritious and satisfying, with a good ratio of protein, carbohydrates and vegetables. At Eat Real, we want our healthy meals to be affordable and accessible, providing a ‘fast food’ alternative that’s good for your body and your wallet.

Our menu is updated weekly and it includes different type's of dishes and dietary options such as Keto, Fodmap, Gluten Free and Vegan. Our meals are made for people who want to eat well, but don’t have the time or inclination to be cooking for themselves. Our meals are prepared in a professional, commercial kitchen, but have the appeal of home cooking, without the fuss, mess or cleaning up afterwards.

How it works

Every Wednesday we will release our new weekly menu with selected meals for you to choose from.

Orders close each SUNDAY at 12pm. You can choose to either pick up your order from the club on a Wednesday between 10am and 6pm, or have it delivered between 9am and 6pm to you. (A minimum spend of $80 is requiered to get your meals delivered & the cost of the delivery is $10)

Please note someone needs to be home to collect the meals from our driver.

Support Local Business

Apart from providing healthy meals, we also invest back into our community. We provide work experience, traineeships, mentoring and assistance to those in need. By supporting our business, you enable us to continually give back to the community. We are able to provide employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities and provide meal support for those who find themselves in trying times.

We are grateful for the continuous support received over the years that has enabled us to grow and nurture our vision and never lose focus of our main priority, which is our community. We are not only about creating healthy food but creating a healthier society.
