FROZEN: Pork Goulash with Mashed Potato FODMAP
Our take on a classic Hungarian Goulash that combines braised pork cooked in our own chicken and vegetable stock. The gravy consists of paprika and caraway seeds mixed in a rich tomato paste with mashed potato and greens.
Ingredients
White potato, Pork, Coconut Cream, Tomato Paste, Green Beans, Tapioca Flour, Green Capsicum, Paprika, Salt, Ground Black pepper, Caraway seeds.
Preparation and storage notes
For fresh meals remove the lid slightly and heat in microwave for 2-3 minutes or until hot. When frozen it is recommended to defrost the meal first before heating. Time will vary depending on microwave.
