FROZEN: Pork Goulash with Pumpkin Mash KETO
Our take on a classic Hungarian Goulash that combines braised pork cooked in our own chicken and vegetable stock. The gravy consists of onion, garlic, paprika, caraway seed mixed in a rich tomato paste with pumpkin mash and greens.
Ingredients
Pumpkin, Pork, Coconut Cream, Tomato Paste, Green Beans, Red Capsicum, Fresh Garlic, Paprika, Onion, Salt, Ground Black pepper, Shallots, Caraway seeds.
Preparation and storage notes
For fresh meals remove the lid slightly and heat in microwave for 2-3 minutes or until hot. When frozen it is recommended to defrost the meal first before heating. Time will vary depending on microwave.
