This old classic was one of our most popular dishes in our Pop Up Dinners we used to hold at Eastwoods (pre Covid!). Stir fried chicken thighs, cashew nuts and a delicious sauce...stir fried, not deep fried - a much healthier version!

Chicken thigh, Basmati rice, Green capsicum, Red capsicum, Onion, Cashew nut, Oyster Sauce (Wheat, Mollusc, Soy), Soy, Shaoxing (Wheat), Sesame oil, Garlic, Corn flour, white pepper

CONTAINS: Gluten, Wheat, Mollusc, Soy, Sesame, Cashew.

Preparation and storage notes

Microwave: Heat on high at 1000W for 5 1/2 minutes. Remove from microwave and allow to stand for 1 - 2 minutes. Carefully remove film. Stir and serve. Ensure food is at least 75C prior to consumption.
