Cooksmith's Menu 17/10/24
Our menu for this fortnight has plenty of options to choose from. Our Cauliflower, Bacon and Brown Butter Soup has homegrown cauliflowers, leeks and sage in it. We also have some Lemon Curd available in our Pantry using our own Lemons. There are plenty of meals as well, along with the Moroccan Lamb and Potato Pies.

This Homemade Granola is packed full of goodies with a mixture of seeds and nuts, raw honey, coconut oil, cacao and cinnamon. It's delicious served with yoghurt and poached fruit or berries.
Using fresh seasonal berries, vanilla extract, homegrown lemons, sugar and apple stock, this jam is delicious with toast, crumpets and cakes.
What great way to start the day with our delicious homemade crunchy Macadamia and Maple Granola. It is full of macadamia nuts and seeds, with the maple syrup and almond oil adding the perfect flavour to the mix. Serve with yoghurt and seasonal fruit.
Farm fresh lemons make this homemade lemon curd so delicious. It's perfect for crumpets, scones, cakes and desserts.

Our homemade Beef Lasagne is so easy, versatile and tasty. It's a meal the whole family can enjoy. It's perfect served with a side salad or vegetables and crusty bread.
Our creamy mash potato with parmesan is the perfect accompaniment to have with any protein dish but goes beautifully with our Italian chicken meal.
Our Vegetarian Moussaka is wholesome and packed full of flavour with red lentils, capsicum, zucchini and spices. It is layered with roasted eggplant and has a greek yoghurt, free range egg and parmesan topping. It is definitely one of my favourites.
Our Shephards Pie is packed full of flavour and the creamy mash topping with homegrown chives completes the dish. It's so easy, just pop it in the oven and heat until golden on top. Serve with a salad or steamed veggies.
Using free range chicken, seasonal mushrooms and leeks. This pasta bake is creamy and delicious. We also pick fresh thyme from our kitchen garden and the dish is finished with mozzarella and parmesan. Just pop it in the oven to bake.
Our Moroccan Lamb and Potato Pies are delicious and so easy and versatile. Just take them out of the freezer and pop them straight in the oven. They are beautiful with mashed potato and steamed veggies.
Our Creamy Potato Bake is the perfect accompaniment for chicken, beef or even fish. We use Robertson potatoes, parmesan and cream and it's finished with mozzarella. Just pop it in the oven to heat through and serve.
These Mushroom, Spinach and Gruyere pies are so tasty and delicious. The mushrooms are cooked down with some onions, garlic, cream and thyme. The baby spinach is then added to the mix along with some parmesan and gruyere cheese.
Tender beef mince, fresh Vanella ricotta and homegrown herbs cooked in a homemade tomato ragu and finished with parmesan and mozzarella. These meatballs are perfect served with pasta, vegetables and crusty bread.
Roasted Eggplant, Lamb Mince, Spices and Herbs are the key ingredients of this dish. It's finished with a mix of greek yoghurt. free range eggs, parmesan and feta. It's tasty and delicious and perfect with a seasonal salad.
We use free range chicken breast, seasonal veggies and a combination of delicious shortcrust and puff pastry to make our pies. They are slightly creamy and full of flavour. Enjoy them by themselves or serve them with potatoes and greens.
Seasonal Roasted Cauliflower, Fresh Sage and Homemade Sourdough Breadcrumbs are just a few ingredients in this tasty pasta bake. It's the perfect accompaniment with any protein or just enjoy it as a vegetarian meal with a delicious salad.
We use free range chicken thighs which are marinated in fresh herbs from our Kitchen Garden garlic and olive oil. They are then pan fried and finished in the oven with roasted veggies, passata, olives, feta and rosemary. This meal is delicious and can be served on it's own or with potato, rice or pasta .
Slow cooked Beef Brisket Ragu with Orecchiette and chilli. This pasta dish is packed with flavour, the beef brisket has been slow cooked for 18 hours and the ragu sauce is balanced with a hint of chilli that brings the dish together beautifully. It is finished with some shaved parmesan.
Something sweet
These Apple & Cinnamon Crumble Pies are the perfect dessert. Cook them from frozen and serve them with ice cream or fresh cream.
Good quality dark chocolate, Free range eggs and Vanilla bean extract are just a few of the delicious ingredients in this rich Chocolate Brownie. It's cakey, slightly gooey and perfect for an afternoon treat.
