Beef Ragu with Orecchiette and Chilli
Slow cooked Beef Brisket Ragu with Orecchiette and chilli. This pasta dish is packed with flavour, the beef brisket has been slow cooked for 18 hours and the ragu sauce is balanced with a hint of chilli that brings the dish together beautifully. It is finished with some shaved parmesan.

pu (Tomatoes, Beef brisket, Chicken stock, Onion, Carrots, Celery, Olive oil, Salt, Garlic, Paprika, Cumin, Thyme, Pepper), Orecchiette pasta, Beef ragu sauce, Parmesan, Salt, Parsley, Chilli flakes, Pepper.
Preparation and storage notes
Defrost in fridge overnight. Remove lid and heat in a 170 degree oven for 35-45 minutes, until heated though and golden on top.
