Beef & Ricotta Meatballs
Tender beef mince, fresh Vanella ricotta and homegrown herbs cooked in a homemade tomato ragu and finished with parmesan and mozzarella. These meatballs are perfect served with pasta, vegetables and crusty bread.

Ingredients
Passata (Tomatoes, whole canned, Chicken stock, Onion, Oregano, Olive oil, Parsley, Salt, Basil, Garlic, Pepper), Beef mince, Ricotta, Mozzarella, Eggs, Shaved parmesan, Onion, Parmesan, Breadcrumbs, Parsley, Salt, Garlic, Pepper, Dried oregano.
Preparation and storage notes
Refrigerate overnight to defrost. Heat oven to 170 degrees, remove lid and place meatballs in oven for 30-40 minutes until heated through and golden on top.
