Mushroom, Spinach and Gruyere Pie
These Mushroom, Spinach and Gruyere pies are so tasty and delicious. The mushrooms are cooked down with some onions, garlic, cream and thyme. The baby spinach is then added to the mix along with some parmesan and gruyere cheese.

Ingredients
Mushrooms, Shortcrust pastry, Puff pastry, Spinach, Thickened cream, Brown onions, Parmesan, Butter, Cheese gruyere, Eggs, Salt, Thyme, Garlic, Pepper white.
Preparation and storage notes
Place pies from frozen in a 180 degree oven for 20 minutes or until golden on top and heated through.
