Lemon Butter Chicken with Risoni and creamy feta sauce

First, we marinate the chicken with oregano and fresh lemon overnight for extra flavour. Then we roast the chicken with the cherry tomatoes. We then make a lovely sauce from that roast, add the Risoni and bake it like a pilaf. All you have to do is heat the chicken Risoni up, stir through the creamy feta sauce and enjoy it by itself or with a crisp salad.

Preparation and storage notes

Heat the chicken and Risoni in microwave for 2-3 minutes or until hot through. Place onto plate, dollop feta sauce on top or stir through sauce. Enjoy!
