We then take our cooking juices and make them into a creamy delicious gravy with freshly chopped chives and parsley from the Farmhouse garden. Small 600g: Serves 2-3 adults with accompaniments Medium: 1.2kg Serves 4 adults with accompaniments Large: 2.5kg Serves 8 adults with accompaniments Preparation, Cooking, and Serving Instructions. Keep Refrigerated. Microwave: Open pouch. Heat on high until steaming hot, allow to sit 2 mins before serving. Note: Microwave times may vary depending on model. Small Pack: approx 3 mins Medium Pack: approx 5 mins Large Family Pack: approx 15mins Stovetop: Remove contents from the pouch. Bring to a simmer for 5 mins, allow to stand 2 mins before serving.
