There is a slow cooked massaman in traditional beef or potato & cauliflower. Thai fish cakes are back with an improved texture. Vegan red curry corn fritters come with deep fried basil & cucumber pickle. Super Salad is a charred eggplant and egg salad with a tart tamarind dressing. I can use miso not fish sauce by request. These fritters are seriously addictive like red curry pop corn. They are my vegetarian take on Thai fish cakes. They come with house made cucumber pickle and deep fried Thai basil.
These delicious Thai fish cakes are packed full of flavour with homemade red curry paste, kaffir lime leaves, snake beans and coriander. Best eaten with a serve of Thai cucumber pickle and glossy deep fried Thai basil. They freeze well for a quick and easy Friday night dinner.

It is the perfect family friendly curry and is traditionally done with slow cooked beef, potato in a creamy coconut based sauce topped with toasted nuts and crispy shallots.
