This meal pack with have your tastebuds popping. I have fried the best quality tofu in a light dusting of rice powder. The green mango & glass noodle salad is refreshing and you have a choice of a green chili and coriander dip or a tamarind sauce.

Ingredients
Tofu, Vegetable oil, Green mango, Mung bean glass noodles, Carrot, nam prik noom (shallots, Green chilli, Lime juice, Garlic, Salt, fresh coriander), Tamarind Sauce (Water, Palm Sugar, Fish sauce, Tamarind concentrate, Coriander root and stem, Chilli, Garlic), fresh coriander, Rice flour, fresh mint.
Preparation and storage notes
Re heat the fish in oven or air frier. Serve with salad and drizzle with seafood sauce.
