Under The Pickle Tree

Under the Pickle Tree offers authentic Asian and Middle Eastern food with fantastic options for vegetarians and vegans. Better still, much of her food is gluten-free! Owner Kelly Meredith has lived in Thailand and Vietnam and makes homestyle street food you cannot find at your local Asian restaurant. Her sauces, curry pastes and marinades are made from scratch as are her stocks and she only uses free range chicken.

On her bi-weekly menu are a range of dishes that can be eaten individually or as a banquet. In addition, there is a range of frozen high-end street food snacks that you need only pop in your oven or air fryer for Friday nights. Soon she will add value pack 1 kg of curry sauces and laksa and ramen stocks so you can build your own meal at home.

Kelly has over a decade of experience making Thai curry pastes and prides herself on their authenticity. She regularly returns to Thailand to brush up on her cooking skills.
