This meal pack with have your tastebuds popping. I choose the freshest white fish from Springvale and dust it in rice flour and pan fry. The green mango & glass noodle salad is refreshing and you have a choice of a green chili and coriander dip or a tamarind sauce.

Ingredients
Vegetable oil, fresh fish, Green mango, Mung bean glass noodles, Carrot, nam prik noom (shallots, Green chilli, Lime juice, Garlic, Salt, fresh coriander), Tamarind Sauce (Water, Palm Sugar, Fish sauce, Tamarind concentrate, Coriander root and stem, Chilli, Garlic), Rice flour, fresh coriander.
Preparation and storage notes
Re heat the fish in oven or air frier. Serve with salad and drizzle with seafood sauce.
