Family friendly Beef Massaman
Massaman Curry was introduced to Thailand by Persian merchants and has a heady mix of spices that include cassia, cloves, cardamom and more. It is the perfect family friendly curry and is traditionally done with slow cooked beef, potato in a creamy coconut based sauce topped with toasted nuts and crispy shallots.
