Pumpkin & Cauliflower Chana Dahl with Lime Kasundi

An Indian favourite, so fragrant and wholesome. Roasted local pumpkin, cauliflower curry leaf and mustard seeds, red lentils and chana yellow lentils, mildly spiced with green chilli and finished with coconut yoghurt and spicy kasundi. A bowl of pure Yum! (Kasundi will be in a container on the side... so you can add the heat and the onion and garlic! Pair up with some fluffy rice and Job Done! Preparation and storage notes

Store below 5 degree. Small serve place in microwave and heat for 2-3 minutes. Or Place contents from pouch in a pot over medium heat, stirring til piping hot.
