Pumpkin & Cauliflower Chana Dahl with Coconut, Kasundi and Rice

An Indian favourite, so fragrant and wholesome. Roasted local pumpkin, cauliflower, curry leaf and mustard seeds, red lentils and chana yellow lentils, mildly spiced and finished with coconut yoghurt and spicy kasundi. A bowl of pure Yum! (Kasundi will be in a container on the side... so you can add the heat and the onion and garlic.) The Dahl itself is made onion and garlic free.

Preparation and storage notes

Store below 5 degrees. Microwave for 2-3 minutes or pour contents into a pan over medium heat till piping hot.
