Teriyaki "Veef" Bowls

This is a firm family favourite in our house. A warm bowl of Teriyaki "mince", on rice, served with steamed Edamame. We make batches of this using the V2 Mince and then freeze in individual serves, so it is always on hand in the freezer, ready for a meal for any hungry vegetarians in the house! We use the Mirin, soy and Sake brought to us by our brother-in-law who lives in Japan. This gives an authentic taste to this non authentic version of Teriyaki! Served on a bed of Sushi Rice this is a warm bowl of yum!

Preparation and storage notes

Store in Fridge for 4 days, freezer for 3 months. Reheat with a dash of water to make the beef juicy.
