Osso Bucco with Mash and Gremolata

While traditionally made with Veal, we make it Beef, combining a slow cooked Thor's hammer and the signature osso bucco cut of beef. The meat is fall apart tender, in a rich tomato sauce topped with a sprinkle of lemon and parsley gremolata to give it lift. Add mashed potato and peas to make it a complete meal.

Preparation and storage notes

Microwave: If frozen, cook for 5 mins on high. If thawed cook for 2 minutes. Heat for an additional 30 seconds at a time as needed until cooked to your preferred temperature for eating. Thin with a little water if it seems too thick.
