Our succulent Roast Chickens are brined for 24 hours to ensure they stay juicy - even if you decide to keep it frozen and reheat it later. It is then given a layer of extra flavour with the basting of herbed butter that crisps up the skin while also keeping the meat juicy! Perfect to reheat for a meal or have col in sandwiches or a salad, or added to pasta, soups or noodles. Served with one 1/4 per person so let us know your preference if you have one in the comments.

Preparation and storage notes

If thawed microwave for 2 mins, stir and then repeat for another 30 seconds if needed. If frozen, microwave for 6 mins, stir then repeat for another 30 secs at a time until well heated through.
