Lamb Shanks Massaman Curry

Rich Coconut Massamam Curry Sauce, over slow cooked, falling off the bone lamb shanks and potatoes. Topped with coriander and fresh chilli, and served with fresh slices of tomato. Served with a side of jasmine rice to make it a full meal.

Lamb shanks, Chicken stock, Coconut milk, Potatoes, Jasmine rice, Onion, Massaman curry paste (Mollusc), Red chilli, Coriander, Star anise, Cinnamon stick

Preparation and storage notes

Thaw overnight in fridge. Remove lid before heating. Microwave uncovered on medium power for 2-4 minutes (depending on container size), stirring halfway through, until heated through. Let stand for 1 minute before serving. Add a little water to loosen sauce if needed.
