Beef Rump, Potatoes, Butternut pumpkin, Sweet potato, Carrots, Green beans, Brussels sprouts, Water, Gravy mix (GF), Olive oil, Kale, Black pepper

Preparation and storage notes

Remove lid before heating. Fresh: Microwave on medium for 2½–3½ mins. Frozen: Microwave on medium for 6–7 mins. Let stand 1–2 mins before serving. Add a little water to loosen gravy if needed.
