Preparation and storage notes

STORAGE: keep frozen
(BEST BEFORE: 3 months)
INSTRUCTIONS: Bring fish to room temperature. Pre-heat oven to 220c. Unwrap and bake for 7 - 10 minutes. Rest for 5 minutes and then serve.
