Beef chuck, Beef stock, Carrots, Tomato pulp, Celery, Red wine, Speck, Garlic, Parsley, Porcini mushrooms, Fresh thyme, Portabello mushrooms

Preparation and storage notes

take off plastic. Cover dish in foil and bake in a 150c preheated oven for 40 minutes.

Uncover and bake for a further 5-10minutes.
