-Carrot, -Onion, Lentils, -Mushrooms, -Celery, raw, -Garlic, Vinegar, balsamic (Sulphites), Stock (Vegan, Garlic), -Oregano

Preparation and storage notes

Place containers in microwave. Heat for 4 minutes. Stir. Heat for 2 minutes. Allow to cool slightly. Consume within 3 days or Freeze immediately
