Crooked Kitchen began as a small takeaway lunch spot in the heart of Bendigo. When Luke took over the business in 2020, the vision was simple — create food that everyone could enjoy, no matter their dietary needs.

Today, Crooked Kitchen has grown into a collection of food experiences built around the same idea: seriously good food that just happens to be gluten-free.

Our original takeaway location on Lyttleton Terrace (now known as Crooked Kitchenette) continues to serve quick, fresh lunches and ready-to-eat meals for busy locals. As the community grew around us, so did the business — expanding into catering, ready-made meals and now a full café experience at Crooked Kitchen on Howard Place, overlooking Rosalind Park.

Alongside these venues, we created Crooked@Home — our weekly meal service designed to make life easier. Each week we prepare a rotating menu of comforting, home-style meals that are delivered fresh and ready for you to heat whenever you need them.

Whether you're juggling a busy schedule, supporting family, or simply want delicious meals ready in the fridge, Crooked@Home is all about taking the stress out of dinner.

Everything we make is prepared in our 100% gluten-free kitchen, with a wide range of options for vegetarian, vegan and other dietary needs.

But more than anything, Crooked Kitchen is about community. Bendigo has supported us from the beginning, and we’re proud to cook food that brings people together — whether you’re dining in, grabbing lunch, ordering catering or stocking the fridge with ready-to-heat meals.
