We pre-boil our homemade free-range egg lasagne sheets for extra softness. Our signature bolognese is then generously placed in between. Topped off with our creamy béchamel sauce, sprinkled with parmesan and nutmeg.
Our homemade Napolitana sauce is mixed with freshly cut vegetables, including eggplant, yellow, red and green capsicum for a nutritious blend. Made with our fresh free-range egg lasagna sheets, which are pre-boiled for extra softness.

Pumpkin is roasted until golden and soft, then cooked for hours. Our signature ricotta & parmesan filling is mixed with golden caramelised onion, nutmeg, pepper and balsamic vinegar.
Velvety and award-winning Meredith Dairy Goats Cheese is combined with creamy ricotta, garlic, fresh parsley, thyme, pepper and lemon zest. Onions are slowly cooked until sweet and caramelised.
Mushrooms, shallots and herbs are simmered with Porcini mushrooms to create a deep, earthy, nutty flavour.
Our homemade Tagliatelle is made using free-range eggs, Australian semolina and soft 00 flour. Goes perfect with a Bolognese sauce.
