Tagliatelle with Bolognese Sauce
Our fresh, homemade tagliatelle is made using free-range eggs, premium Australian semolina flour and soft 00 flour. We then add our family-made slow-cooked bolognese, made with traditional ingredients plus cayenne peppers for extra flavour.
