Spinach & Dodoni Feta Ravioli with Napolitana Sauce
Our homemade ravioli is filled with Greek Dodoni feta, combined with freshly blanched spinach, spring onions, creamy ricotta, parmesan and nutmeg. A rich Napolitana sauce with garlic and passata, mixed with sauteed vegetables simmered for hours to create a delicious, melt-in-the-mouth flavour.
