Oven-baked potatoes are combined with free-range eggs, parmesan and nutmeg to create our handmade, pillowy gnocchi. Our signature Bolognese is infused with red wine, cayenne peppers and sautéed vegetables - simmered for hours to create a delicious ragù sauce.
