Roast chicken with dates, olives and capers

Chicken marylands marinated over night to create deep flavours. marinated in garlic, oregano, red wine vinegar, capers and green olives. Oven roasted with dates and treacle, and white wine. An Ottolenghi classic. Serve with rice/ rice pilaf or steamed greens.

Preparation and storage notes

Keep refrigerated and use within 3 days. Can be frozen. Reheat in preheated oven or microwave.
