potato, tomato tinned, carrot, chickpea, silverbeet, red capsicum, onion, celery, olive oil, parsley, sweet paprika, vegetable stock, thyme fresh, chilli flakes, smoked paprika, saffron, bay leaf, dried oregano

Preparation and storage notes

Keep refrigerated and use within 4-5 days. Reheat covered in microwave or oven (180 deg) until hot. Can be frozen.
