Tofu Larb - Vegan

This dish originates from the streets of Laos, and we have put our own twist to it and use tofu and cashews, loads of fresh herbs, lime and a hint of chilli. A healthy light meal, and also delicious munched down cold. Low in carbs and plant-based. This 'super larb' is also a complete protein meal.

Preparation and storage notes

Store below 5 degrees. Remove lid to heat for 2-3 minutes in a microwave or in a pot over medium heat till piping hot.
