Easter Catering 2024
Welcome to our Easter catering menu for 2024 This menu opens Thursday 8th March and closes on the 22nd of March. Two weeks to decide what you might like for an Easter feast. Pick up will be Thursday 28th before Good Friday. We have lots of lamb products, lasagna desserts and bakery goods to make this the tastiest Easter you will ever had!

Our version of an Italian croissant filled with zucchini, cheddar and sundried tomato paste.
Apparently Italians never eat chicken with pasta, once you try this sauce with our gnocchi or pappardelle you will wonder why? This pasta uses pinot red wine and tomato base like a beef ragu.
This melt in your mouth dish its a people pleaser. Full of flavours and rich of fragrant aromas and goes really well on for a Easter feasting lunch or dinner - and a glass of the Valente Syrah.

Beef Ragu, Béchamel, Handmade Egg Pasta Sheets . We think this is one of the best versions of Lasagna going around - we do have a direct line to the home of Lasagna, after all! Serves 6-8 people.
This dish is one of our personal favourites - we use Victorian lamb and cook it slowly inn red wine for maximum flavour. Amazing with Gnocchi
Handmade in our kitchen and snap frozen for freshness. 200gram single serve. These little clouds of goodness are one of our favourite pasta varieties because they're so versatile. It goes simple with Napoli Sugo, or dress them up with a decadent cheesy sauce.

The most versatile buns ever, have them once you'll be hooked..or you already are... Use them for every day egg and bacon rolls or sliders burgers. They are extremely delicious fresh or toasted.

Everyone raves abut dark chocolate, it's summer so we are doing a smooth sweet one this week
An 'oldy' but a goody, our Sticky Date Pudding says what it is - sticky and full of dates. Comes with a butterscotch sauce Serves 4.
