A creamy decadent vegetarian sauce to go with our gnocchi. Contains roasted pumpkin and walnuts and good quality blue cheese. Finished with a little sage.

Ingredients

Cubed Jap Pumpkin, Cream, White wine, Onion brown, Blue vein cheese, Walnut, Sage, Garlic, Salt, Pepper.

Preparation and storage notes

1. Heat sauce slowly in a shallow pan 2. Add cooked pasta to sauce and coat generously 3. Garnish with walnuts
