The Special
I love a rice dish! And this one is very special. The lamb shanks are slow cooked in a homemade stock, wine and lots of spices, then shredded and added to the rice, which is cooked in an aromatic lamb broth to perfection. We finish with raisins, pickled onions and fresh cucumber. My serving suggestion for you is to add some yogurt to the top of your pilaf as you can see in the photo. It makes it even more special!
In our menu since the beginning, this Korean chicken is the favourite meal of many of our customers. We roast chicken thigh on a delicious spicy paste made with gochujang and serve with creamy homemade mashed potato, crunchy organic local green beans, pickled onion & fresh herbs. Stir fry is ALWAYS welcome in any season or meal. This one is made with chicken, veggies, Asian sauces and served with rice. It's nice & moist, full of nutrients from the veggies and delicious. If you like stir fry, you have to try this one!
This fish stew is prefect to warm your nights up! It is Spanish inspired from the time I used to work in a Spanish restaurant. The chorizo gives a delicious spicy flavour to the rich tomato broth. And the beans are the perfect match for this combo! Then I finish with mussels and fish. DELICIOUS! ---------- I suggest you to eat this stew with warm bread and a nice olive oil.
The vegetarian version of our Korean chicken! A high rated vegetarian dish from our old menu, now back and available for the next couple of weeks. The eggplant is roasted on a delicious spicy marinade made with gochujang paste, sesame & Korean chilli flakes. It's perfect served with mash and veggies!

This is a delicious vegetarian bowl of comfort food Mexican style. Even if you are not vegetarian, you will love it. It is made with quinoa, beans, coriander and a lot of spices. To finish, it's topped with sour cream, red Leicester cheddar and tortilla chips.------ You can top it with fresh avo and have it as a bowl or you can make it as a filling for burritos or tacos. Layers of pasta sheet, ricotta mix, roasted pumpkin, spinach and béchamel, topped with parmesan. Just perfect.
