Vegetarian Mexican Chilli Beans Bowl
This is a delicious vegetarian bowl of comfort food Mexican style. Even if you are not vegetarian, you will love it. It is made with quinoa, beans, coriander and a lot of spices. To finish, it's topped with sour cream, red Leicester cheddar and tortilla chips.------ You can top it with fresh avo and have it as a bowl or you can make it as a filling for burritos or tacos. Yuummm! -------serves 2--------- COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: DEFROSTED: remove plastic and place the container in the microwave for 6-7 minutes or until hot. FROZEN: remove plastic and microwave for 9 minutes till piping hot.
