The vegetarian version of our Korean chicken! A high rated vegetarian dish from our old menu, now back and available for the next couple of weeks. The eggplant is roasted on a delicious spicy marinade made with gochujang paste, sesame & Korean chilli flakes. It's perfect served with mash and veggies!
