Preparation and storage notes

If frozen, defrost in the fridge overnight.

Stovetop (best):
• Add a splash of water or a small knob of butter/oil to a frying pan.
• Add beans, cover and warm over medium heat for 3–5 minutes, tossing occasionally, until hot.

Microwave:
• Place in a microwave-safe dish, cover loosely.
• Heat on HIGH for 2–4 minutes, stirring once, until steaming hot.
Avoid overcooking – beans should stay bright and just tender.
